A draft site plan is on our page here. A final plan will be available on the day but any changes will be small. We will be based on the Information Stall during the festival, which is near the Entertainment Tent, PA system, and First Aid. We will have a copy of the site plan on our stall. Any lost children should be brought to the Information Stall where we have a lost child procedure.
Access to the field will be from the car park next to the Tythings and our offices. Post code is GU46 7RP. Precise location with what3words: https://w3w.co/easily.directly.loved
Please arrive between 8:00 and 10:00. Vehicles can be on site for set up and dropping off equipment and must be off the main event field by 10:15, unless otherwise agreed with us.When you are driving on the field, please drive slowly and have your hazard lights on. Those of you who are providing entertainment or holding an activity, please arrive in good time to set up.
Stallholders can use any of the car parks available to the general public. Most stallholders will find it easiest to park on the field adjacent to Firgrove Road, no donation to the scouts is required. More information here.
Please plan to stay until the event finishes at 16:00. Vehicles must not come onto site before this time.
The event will go ahead in the event of rain. The free taster classes will be moved into the Tythings and the two marquees used for the entertainment. At time of writing, the weather looks to be mixed but warm and mostly dry.
If we deem conditions to be dangerous, for example if there are high winds and/or thunderstorms predicted, we will be in touch to confirm. Please do not assume the event will be cancelled in bad weather, wait to hear from us first!
Thank you so much to everyone who made our 2024 event such a success!
We will announce plans for 2025 soon!
