We have local music and dance groups to entertain you during the festival! All these groups would also love to have some new members! We will post their information with the stallholder information.

These FREE activities are suitable for most. Please bring a mat for yoga and, for all activities, wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. Numbers are limited so get there quick to reserve your space!

The Colour Run will take place at the end of the festival, from 15:30. Places are very limited so book early to avoid disappointment! Reusable cups for throwing the colourful powder over participants can be purchased using the link below, two for £1, or on the day for £1 each!

Getting to the Festival & Wet Weather Plan

Public Transport

Driving and Car Parking

We would encourage people to use public transport or walk or cycle as car parking will be limited and to also help with sustainability and reducing the use of fuel. The number 3 bus stops at Forge Court, St Swithuns, Aylesham Way, and Home Park Road, all of which are within walking distance of the Green. More details and a timetable can be found on Stagecoach's website here. There is a bicycle rack just by our offices.

Driving and Car Parking

There will be blue badge parking in the Tythings car park by the Green. Parking, with a donation to the Scouts, will be on the field adjacent to Firgrove Road, access onto the field will be near the Pond with the car park exit near School Lane. Parking is also available at Yateley Village Hall, Yateley Library, Yateley School, Monteagle Community Centre, and Yateley Manor School. Please do not park along Firgrove Road or The Link.

Wet Weather Plan

Unless there are high winds, thunderstorms, or other weather that would make the event dangerous to hold, the festival will go ahead if rain is forecast. If it is wet, the free taster classes will be in the Tythings Gallery Room and entertainment will be under two marquees instead of one.
